Most of the things we design have animals in it. If you like animals we could hang out and see what happens.
It feels like not too many of us have much in common with Apples stock GUI design, so why are we using it?
The native GUI was magnetic back in 2008, now its not really cutting it.
Designers tend to just throw in GUIs as it was the topping, we'd argue its the frickin cake.
Sure, its still early app-days, a natural phase of things, a learning curve.
But its time to infuse diversity into the eco system.
So this is our first set called AHA!, its a basic,
sane-effect interface designed to rhyme
with intense content and create user harmony.
This GUI is not intended as a full approach,
more like a snack and will be used in an
upcoming project.
Our first suggestion: create all apps in
the environments they are intended for, hey you're designing for mobile life.. AND its inspiring. NO white backgrounds.
If the GUI works with background imagery
and human skin texture, you have ticked
the first adaption box :)
